We are looking for a skilled designer with 3+ years of experience working in digital.
This role has a 40 hrs per week, salary ranges between €54,000 - 65,000 annually. Mostly graphic design for start-ups and scale-ups from all sorts of industries – from finance to tech to wellness.
Amsterdam serves as a hub for a part of our team but you’re encouraged to travel and work remotely from anywhere. We have colleagues in Bali, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Tenerife, and even on a boat moored in the south of France.

All of our consultants work directly with a variety of fast-growing companies in industries. One thing connects our clients; they want to optimise their brand awareness and attract leads, aka growth marketing.
You’ll help them create just the right design assets for their growth strategy. Your secret weapon? Creating designs that convert.
Your job will be to help growth-stage companies scale. Our clients include Glowforge, TikTok for Business, and InsideTracker (as seen on Huberman Lab). On a daily basis, you will support clients by creating still ads, animations, website design, and visual brand guidelines.
You will collaborate closely with the account lead to inform you about strategy. You will be expected to present the strategy behind your final work to clients directly.
As a part of our small team, you will also play an important role in our agency’s success. Improving our website, design system, and client proposals.
